Getting Started

Sign Up

Create your educator account and get access to all the teaching resources available on the platform.

Overview

Signing up is simple. Enter your details, select the subjects and books you teach, verify your email using an OTP, and submit your registration. Once your account is verified and activated by our team, you will be able to access the platform dashboard and its resources.

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Open the platform home page and click on the Sign Up tab.
  2. 2Enter your basic details such as your name, email address, phone number, and school information.
  3. 3Select the subject(s) you teach and the book(s) you use in your classroom.
  4. 4Enter the number of students in each class you teach.
  5. 5Create a secure password for your account.
  6. 6Verify your email address using the OTP sent to your registered email.
  7. 7Submit your registration and wait for account activation by the S.H.I.V.A.R.T.H. team.

  • Report technical issues

  • Track the status of your queries and view responses

Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Log in and open the Queries section from the dashboard.
  2. 2Click 'Ask a Query'.
  3. 3Enter a short and clear title for your query.
  4. 4Select the query type: Content Query – for questions related to books, solutions, AVLRs, lesson plans, etc. Technical Query – for login issues, access problems, or platform-related concerns.
  5. 5Describe your query in detail so that our team can assist you effectively.
  6. 6If required, upload supporting files such as images, screenshots, PDFs, or documents.
  7. 7Click 'Submit query' to send your query.
  8. 8You can view updates and responses anytime from the My Queries section.
  9. 9Our team will review your query and get back to you as soon as possible.
